Meet Fred L. Daniel, MD, FACS
Dr. Daniel is a native of Macon, Georgia. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Daniel trained in surgery at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia, and otolaryngology-head and neck surgery at the University of Michigan. He is clinical assistant professor at the Medical College of Georgia.
Dr. Daniel is a past president of the Georgia Medical Society and the secretary in 2011 and 2012. In 2013, Dr. Daniel received the Lester Brown Lifetime Achievement Award from the Georgia Society of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Daniel joined the group in 1984.
Dr. Daniel is a surgeon for the Faith in Practice Medical Mission to Guatemala. He has done this mission work since 1999 and also has been a volunteer for Kairos Prison Ministries since 2000.
