The physicians at ENT Associates of Savannah are here to serve you in a friendly, experienced atmosphere. Our healthcare team includes physicians, nurses and support staff. Together, we want to make your healthcare as pleasant as possible.

Even though we require appointments, we strive to accommodate every patient at ENT Associates. If you call with an unexpected medical need, we will try to see you the same day. This may create a delay for our scheduled patients. If you must wait, please understand that we may be seeing patients with medical emergencies or other very urgent problems. We realize that your time is important and we will do our best to see you at your appointment time. During particularly busy hours, our physician assistant may work with you to reduce delays you might otherwise experience.

Our physicians are on the Medical Staffs of all three Savannah hospitals and other outlying hospitals. In addition to the main office of ENT Associates in Savannah, we have offices in Richmond Hill, Claxton, Metter, Rincon, Bluffton and at our Southside office across the street from St. Joseph's Hospital.

We will open early on various weekdays. We are also open on Saturdays, but please, only by appointment.

Saturday morning surgery may be arranged under special circumstances.

Appointments

For everyone's convenience, we require appointments. Appointments should be made Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm by calling 912.351.3030. Appointments may not be made or changed after office hours or on weekends.  If an appointment is not available when you call, you may ask to be placed on the physician's priority list.  Our physicians review the priority list daily and try to make time available for the patients who are on the list.  We look forward to seeing you!

If you cannot keep your appointment, please call 912.351.3030 at least 24 hours in advance to cancel. By notifying us in advance, you make it possible for someone else to see the doctor. If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment or do not give 24 hours notice, there will be a $25 No Show Fee.

Children

Children are among our favorite patients, and we see a lot of them at ENT Associates of Savannah. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.  Here are some pointers we have learned from parents over the next years:

Prepare your child for his or her visit to the doctor.

• Reassure your child that you will be there.
• Let your child bring a favorite small stuffed toy or book to the office, if they like.
• Be matter of fact about the visit. Every care is taken to place our youngest patients at ease to avoid causing them any more discomfort or stress than necessary.
• Do not bring any other children into the exam room, unless absolutely necessary. This can make an exam more difficult for the patient and the physician.

When a child simply cannot be calmed, your doctor will kindly but firmly do what needs to be done. If this should be necessary, your support will be deeply appreciated.
