Due to the growing health emergency surrounding COVID-19, ENT Associates of Savannah wants you to be assured we’re going to great measures to keep our patients and staff safe and healthy.
If you have symptoms such as cough, fever, or shortness of breath, and you’ve been in contact with someone thought to have the virus or traveled to an active spreading area, call your primary care physician for instruction.
Patient and Staff Screening Upon Entry
All staff and patients are required to be screened for the symptoms of COVID-19 before being treated at our facilities. If symptoms are seen, you’ll be asked to wait in your car for further instruction.
Social Distancing
To avoid having too many patients in our facilities and waiting rooms, we’re asking that you:
- Wait in your vehicle until it’s time for your exam, and we’ll notify you when a room is ready
- Utilize online check-in and patient forms
- Reduce the number of people accompanying you
Telehealth
This gives you the option to visit with one of our doctors without physically being in the office. ENT Associates of Savannah is working on the ability to offer telehealth to reduce the probability of COVID-19 spreading to our facilities and harming our patients and staff.
Patients
If your child has a scheduled appointment and currently has a fever or has had a fever in the last 24 hours, please remain in your vehicle and call the office once you have arrived for further instructions.
We’ll only be serving patients at our main office on Frederick Street and Pooler office beginning next Monday, March 23, 2020.
We appreciate the cooperation as we all strive to continue serving you and keep everyone healthy.
