Dr. Oliver, a South Carolina native, received his pharmacy and medical degrees from the Medical University of South Carolina. He completed his ear, nose and throat residency at the Medical College of Virginia. He also trained in general surgery at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Oliver has practiced in Savannah since 1994. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
