Prescriptions

Requests for prescriptions and refills should be made during our regular office hours. Please have the telephone number of the pharmacy you would like to use ready when you call our office. After hours or for your convience you may use this page to request prescription refills.  There may be restrictions on prescribing certain drugs when our offices are closed.  Some prescriptions require a written prescription and can not be called in to a pharmacy.
